How it works

Three steps. No sales calls until you are ready.

  1. Search firms near you

    1

Enter your city or ZIP and your property type. You will see every management firm we track in that market, with state-licensed firms marked Verified Firm.

  2. Compare licensing, services, and ratings

    2

Each profile shows the firm's state license (where one applies), the property types it manages, Google ratings, contact details, and how it compares with nearby firms.

  3. Request proposals from your shortlist

    3

Press Request Proposal on any firm, or start a request without picking firms and we will help. Describe your building once and we get it to the firms you chose.

Questions boards ask

Does it cost anything for boards?

No. Searching, comparing, and requesting proposals are free for boards and owners.

Will firms call me right away?

No. Your request goes to our team first. We share it with the firms you picked, and you decide who to talk to.

What does Verified Firm mean?

It means we matched the listing to an active state license for community association management firms. In Florida that license comes from the Department of Business and Professional Regulation. Always confirm the license yourself before signing.

Where do the ratings come from?

Ratings are Google ratings from each firm’s business profile. Residents leave many of those reviews, so read them alongside the license, the proposal, and calls to current client boards.
