Firm FAQ

Is a listing free?

Yes. Every firm gets a free profile page. Claiming it lets you correct your details and tell us which property types and cities you serve.

How do you decide the Verified Firm badge?

Verified Firm means we matched your listing to an active state license for community association management firms (in Florida, a DBPR community association management firm license). If you hold one and your listing is not marked, claim it and include your license number.

How do proposal requests reach my firm?

Boards can pick your firm on our Request Proposals form. Our team reviews each request and shares it with the firms the board picked, along with the board’s contact details.

Can I pay to rank first?

Featured placement is coming soon. Paid placements will always be labeled Featured. Everything else is ordered by state licensing and Google rating weighted by review volume, as explained on our ranking page.

Can you change or remove information about my firm?

Yes. Use the claim form below to tell us what is wrong and we will correct it.
